Returns & Exchanges

Every RINKLight™ is custom made specifically for your team using the logo and artwork you provide.

Because each product is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless the product arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lifesallaboutgoals.com. We are committed to making it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, production begins on your custom RINKLight™ and orders can no longer be canceled.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once we review the information, we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Logo Files

Please upload the highest-quality version of your team's logo available.

If the file provided isn't suitable for production, we'll contact you before manufacturing begins to request a better version.

By submitting a logo, trademark, or other artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use it for production. Life's All About GOALS! is not responsible for verifying ownership or obtaining permission to reproduce submitted artwork.

We reserve the right to decline artwork that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains offensive or inappropriate content.
