Shipping policy

Every RINKLight™ is custom made specifically for your team. Production typically takes 7–10 business days after we receive your completed order and team logo.

Orders are currently shipped within the United States. Shipping times begin after production is complete and vary based on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Production or delivery times may occasionally be affected by holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@lifesallaboutgoals.com.

If your RINKLight™ arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will work with you to replace the damaged product.

Canadian and other international shipping are not currently available but may be added in the future.
